Oooh - it's both humorous (Jack Spizella and Ambrose Beckett, for example) and somehow chilling - I could see the Dauntless, much better preserved than she had any right to be, just appearing out of the abyss when the light of the submersibles hit her, an apparition from the days of yore. There's a certain terrible beauty to shipwrecks - nature always wins, it seems, but that doesn't stop us from trying to win.
