Oh, no, he's there. What she's singing is just a fragment of the whole thing.. I figured I'd go with a sequence that people could recognize, and that the list is in chronological order from Jack's point-of-view. Gray is, after all, his brother, so he'd be one of the very first on the list, ESPECIALLY considering the guilt issues Jack has there.
