I have a plotbunny.

Right, so I'm late to the whole "Hunger Games" thing. I read the books this past weekend, and they were good. I'm already quite keen for the movie this weekend.

And so, I find myself wondering...



... do Capitol-dwelling fanbrats write Hunger Games RPF? Presumably, the Careers are the most favored - is there pornographic speculation about what they do the night before they're sent to the Arena? I can only imagine the speculation fics about what would have happen if OMG SWOONY GUY had won. And somewhere, some dark-clothes-wearing Capitol district emo-teenager is championing that one Tribute who went crazy and started to eat people, and presumably writes fic in which he wins and her Mary Sue cures him of his cannibalistic tendencies with the POWER Of TEH MAGICAL HEALING SEX.

How much vomiting would Katniss do if she ran across it?



I find myself also wondering if I could pull a fic like that off..

I'd reckon the concept is sound, even though it's very meta. :D I could totally see that kind of thing happening. I could also see Katniss being all squicked out and weird, especially if suddenly she and Peeta become some kind of OTP.

You should totally write this. I'd read it.
